Getting Started & Pricing
Ad-out takes an advertisement you have created, prepares the ad for distribution as an HTML email, then distributes the ad via email. Simply email us a copy of your completed advertisement. We will do the rest. Make sure all of your contact information (email address(es), phone number(s) and fax number ) are correct. You can send us your ad in practically any format; The four best formats are HTML, .pdf, .doc or .txt.
If your ad has not yet been designed, send the exact wording for your advertisement. We can enhance your ad by adding your website logo or any other graphics you'd like to include. If applications are required to be filled out, please have the application page uploaded to your website. We could then insert a link within your ad that would take the recipient directly to your application page. The recipient would then print out your application, fill it out and mail or fax it back to you, or submit it online.

Your ad could be ready to go in hours. We will send you a completed copy for review and once you're ready to go with it, just email us and let us know when to fire it off. Some of our clients have sent us new ads and we've turned them around in less than half an hour. And you'll love the looks of your completed ad.

Pricing varies, but these are our new standard rates:
- The cost for any one state is $100 and $50 extra for each additional state. Ex: An ad sent to NY only, would cost $100 An ad to NY and NJ would cost $150, and ad to NY, NJ and PA would cost $200...
- $750 is the maximum fee for any ad being sent to 14 or more states. Whether you send to 15 states or 50 states, the fee is $750.
Keep in mind that multiple orders (let’s say a six month, or annual marketing plan) are discounted. For instance, if you wanted to send out a nationwide ad every month for the entire year, we would not charge you $750 for each ad, or a total of $9000 for the year. We would reduce the total cost considerably.
